All of these corsets will be put up for sale when completed. All of them will be boned with spring and spiral steel. Back closure will be with two-piece grommets (not flimsy eyelets) and laces are included. Front closure is either a metal busk, or an industrial strength separating zipper, strengthened by a double thickness of steel on either side All fashion fabrics are flat-lined with duck before assembly. These aren't ohmigod-tightlacing corsets, but they will reshape you.

Pictures of the finished products will be posted. All corsets will be completed no later than August 15th, 2004.

Purple brocade, with busk closure - in progress, obviously. Edges to be bound in purple tafetta bias.

Size: 38" Overbust (C cup), 30"Waist, 40" hip - fully closed.
Busk length is 12" - finished front length of corset will be approximately 13.5"

Silver hologram front, with 'oil slick' side panels. The lace-up back is also silver hologram. Separating zipper closure. Edges to be bound in hologram bias.

Size: 30.5" Overbust (B cup), 23" Waist, 32.5" hip - fully closed.

Purple "Alligator" brocade. The pattern is woven into the fabric, not printed on the surface - it's really funky and very strong! Edges to be closed in either self-bias or purple taffeta (tbd - yardage dependent)

I've not yet cut this (obviously) but was planning to make it with a separating zipper closure, like the one above.

Projected size: 36" Overbust (C cup), 28" waist, 38" hip - fully closed.

Fabulous black and gold brocade, just like the purple at top.
I've not cut this, either, but was planning to make it with a busk closure, like the corest at top. The edges will be bound with black satin bias.

Projected Size: 42" Overbust (D Cup), 34" waist, 44" hip - fully closed.
A 12" busk will close the front.
